Ready For the Holidays to Come

We are all moved in to our new home and are loving it. I'll have some pictures up soon. I can't find the connecting cable for the camera. Our apartment was officially free of boxes last saturday night when we had some friends over for dinner. We gave ourselves a deadline to have it clean that way. We had my mom and dad over for dinner on Sunday and they like the look of the place. All it needs now in my opinion are a few wall hangings and different color walls. We need to get a couple of good frames to put up the pictures we already have.
We bought our tickets to West Virginia for Thanksgiving and spent half of what we had anticipated for them. If you're looking for good ticket prices, always look on a Tuesday, the fares are lower for some reason. We found ours on Hotwire.
We hoping to fly out to my sister Brigitte's place for Christmas in Utah. Christmas!! Woohoo!!
Snowy peaks

and crazy drivers. Maybe I shouldn't be the one saying that.  Neither of us have been out there for a while and Brigitte and Tyler are getting a town-home at the end of the month so they'll have more space. Plus I'll be 6 months pregnant then and i'll be needing some of that extra manuvering room.
Gabe and I still try to make it our to the farmers every saturday. Gabe has been the one to go these past two weeks. Last saturday I was up in Cameron Park with my grandmother and mom for my cousin Terie's babyshower. They are having a little girl and aren't spilling the name yet! *shakes my fist at them* I wouldn't be able to keep it a surprise for that long. The saturday before that was conference and my work's charity walk "Walk For Smiles" which I helped out at. Aaaand the saturday before that was the day we moved and I stayed home to get some things put away in the kitchen. Hopefully this saturday we can get back into our normal routine of going to the temple in the morning and then browsing through the farmer's market together.
We find out what we are having, hopefully, on the 28th. I can't wait! We have a few names picked out that we like and are pretty set on. It was a tough choice.
