Wheat Flour

We want a KitchenAid Wheat Grinder. We want to grind our own wheat into flour so we can make our own breads. We've found out through a lot of reading random books and sites on the web that wheat flour is the best for you, especially RIGHT AFTER it has been ground into flour. After 24 hours of being ground into flour, it loses 40% -50% of its nutrients and 72 hours later, its like buying the store-bought stuff. Thats why we want to grind our own and you can make bread without all the added chemicals and preservatives.

We also want to make our own pastas! So the Pasta Rollers from KitchenAid are something we're looking forward to get also. Plus i'm sure its fun and a good idea for a date night to make your own pasta together for dinner! :)

That would be cool. I wish I had the TIME to do that in addition to owning the grinder. Its true, fresh is best!

My dad used to make bread from wheat just out of the grinder for Sunday. There is nothing like coming home from church to the smell of fresh whole ground wheat bread. The taste is incredible! Being good for you is just a side benefit.
