Gabe came over very early in the morning and we made breakfast. Dad was there also so we all ate together. Pancakes are gooood when you are starving! Dad told us a very emotional story about a couple who didn't take marriage seriously and just threw it away. Then he left for work and Gabe said that we would need an umbrella. I went and
found one and also grabbed a jacket. It has been raining for the past two days so it is cold and wet! We went out to the car and Gabe said he needed my keys.
I was thinking to myself "you don't know your way around this area... why would you need the keys to the car?" lol anyway, I handed him the keys and I got into the passenger seat and then Gabe handed me a tie. I had to blindfold myself with it. I realized then what was going on :P. Gabe drove around for about 15 minutes and I lost where we were after the first 5. I had been calculating all the turns and stops. We then got out of the car and he led me up a hill which I felt to be very muddy after the water started soaking through the slippers I was wearing :P lol. When we got to the top, he took the blindfold off and we were on a hill near one of my favorite spots to go in the Limeridge Open Space. Gabe said that he knew it was one of my favorite spots and thought it would be an appropriate place.
I was already smiling soo big! He knelt down on one knee in IN THE MUD (what a man!) and asked me to marry him! Haha and of course I said yes!! WooHOOO I am engaged!! and Kiel (my brother) and I were both engaged within 24 hours of eachother! haha.
