So Sad :(

Yesterday Sydney took her afternoon nap really late. 4:00pm late. She usually takes a nap around 1 or 2.

So Gabe and I were getting ready to go out to dinner while mom and dad watched the girls, and Sydney woke up around 5:45. Gabe went and got her and she would not let go of him when he tried to put her down. She just layed her head on his shoulder and snuggled, which anyone with a 2 year old can attest to, rarely happens anymore. When I went to see if she would come to me, she clung to Gabe's shirt and started crying for daddy. Aww, soo cute, right? I think so. Who doesn't like it when their little girl wants to snuggle?

So Gabe and I really needed to head out and Sydney was just not letting go of Gabe. She didn't want to go to anyone. So she started to cry. Opa tried to take her so they could go out in the back yard while Gabe and I left, but she still hung on to Gabe. Then I grabbed her shoes and socks and jacket and after we got that on, she wanted to go outside... but still wanted to hold onto Gabe. So we finallt just handed her off and while she was being handed over to Omi, she started crying a lot and yelled, "Sydney SAD!"

Oh my goodness it was the cutest and saddest thing ever! I love that little silly goose!
