Gabe is always looking for a way to read, listen, download, or skim through a book. He has listened to numerous audio books, of which I am starting to listen more of also. The latest audio book we listened to together is called "Cheap". It was quite interesting and gave us a few new ideas on how to shop a little better.
Lately we both have been reading "Fingerprints of the Gods" by Graham Hancock.
It is quite an interesting book and talks about the possible links between Old World civilizations and how they could have been influenced by even older societies much more advanced than scientists and archeologists thought. Quite a good read if you ask me.
Contra Costa Libraries this past week put all their books together that are no longer being checked out and haven't been checked out for years. They just put them out in boxes for anyone to take. There were Adult Fiction, Non-Fiction, Audio, Biographies, Poetry, Children's Books, Novels, you name it. This is what we snatched up.

In all we got over 60 books and almost filled a small bookshelf.
The bottom two rows are all "new" books as well as a few on the top row.
