Homemade Breakfast Bars

These were soo easy to make and they taste really good. Next time I am going to put less honey and a little more PB because I like the taste of PB more than honey.

Breakfast Bars

1 cup Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
3/4 cup Agave or Honey
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup toasted slivered almonds
1/4-1/2 cup raisins or dried fruit

Oven Temp: 350ยบ
Melt together in medium sauce pan the Peanut Butter/Almond Butter and Agave/Honey on medium heat for about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat when melted. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Add oats, almonds, and raisins. Level out in a greased 9 inch square pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool completely and cut as desired.

I didn't put any dried fruit or almond slices because I did not have any but I used Steel Cut Oats instead of the almonds.
