Scrap Booking Mood

So the past 2 or 3 days I have been using Microsoft Power Point making scrapbook pages of Sydney. I have had soo much fun doing these. I have decided that I want to make a scrapbook of the entire first year of our marriage and also of Sydney as she grows and then possibly get them printed and bound. Here are the ones I have made of Sydney of her one day old and then one month old.

I might end up changing these. I've been thinking of adding a little more text to them. Maybe something from my journal that I have written about her that goes with the corresponding scrapbook page.

I also wanted to send out a couple birth announcements to those who do not follow my blog or are not on facebook and are not aware that Sydney has even arrived yet. Here is the birth announcement that my friend Kelly Westover made for me and the rest are the ones I have made, or tried to make. Power Point is kind of tough to use but I managed.

I used iPhoto to enhance the pictures a little bit, since my camera does not take the best pictures, and to add whatever effects I wanted. I thought they turned out nice and I am glad for this new hobby I have found!
