We were at great-grandma K's house yesterday afternoon for dinner and we thought we would take a quick family picture since the view was gorgeous from her backyard.

Sydney had her 1 month check up the other day, which was a couple days after her hitting 1 month old, and she weighed in at 9 lbs and 15 ounces the lady said, even though she was a tenth of an ounce off from being 10 lbs, so we just say that she was 10 lbs at that appointment. She is now 20 inches long, although I think she is a little longer than that. The nurse didn't seem like she had measured a baby in a while since I had to ask her to do it and she was a little awkward. So I think she is 21 inches. I'll have to buy a tape measure to be sure. It just seems a like she has grown a little more than an inch since her newborn sleepers no longer fit length-wise anymore. So we are glad to say that Sydney is doing great! Totally the picture of health!
